UPDATE 10/9/06:

We were expecting a new resin this year to be sculpted by Kitty Cantrell, as a companion to our SR from 2004, Sierra. Sierra was a limited edition small classic sized Belgian gelding. There were 28 cast total, and he is sold out. However, the Stones purchased the rights to that sculpture, and have chosen to release him as a resin- NOT as a plastic model as was the original plan. Because that was NOT what we had told our customers, Kitty has agreed to sculpt a second resin, a companion to the Sierra, that WILL remain exclusive to the Fall Fiesta. This will likely be a one-mold run of ~60 resins. Kitty will be unable to finish this resin in time for this year's show. But he WILL be done- perhaps mid-year in 2007, perhaps to be released at the Fall Fiesta 2007. Details will be made public as they become available.

MEANWHILE...meet "FALL FIESTA"!

The Stones have decided to create their OWN Special Run for the Fall Fiesta- to be called FALL FIESTA. This is a lovely ISH tovero paint with a pearl cream base coat and metalic burnt-orange leaves as the pattern! I have confirmed that he is a run of 30 glossy models, available only at the show. The price is $99.00.

Sales of this model will be AT THE SHOW only- no preorders will be taken. Sales will be handled by Lazyhorse Collectibles, acting as the Stones agents at the Fall Fiesta this year. They will also have other Stone models for sale as far as I know, so be sure to look for them at the show!

I have a bit more news regarding the Stone SR and other interesting news. This run is on the Long Tail, Long Mane ISH. There will follow a short mane long tail version, with the same pattern, but with a realistic coat color, to be released as the next e-horse. That model will also be $99.00. AND...there will be matching weanlings available for order for those that sign up to attend the Stone Jubilee event being held October 28th and 29th in Southern CA. You will be able to pick your weanling to match either the Fall Fiesta SR or the e-horse SR. I do not know how you will go about ordering these, nor do I know the price.
